Marquette, MI – 8/18/17 – Luke Ghiardi was out of the office today as he heads down to Detroit for the Tigers game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Tonight is a special night at Comerica Park, not only is it University of Michigan night but its also, “Yooper Night”. Tonight fans will receive both Michigan Wolverines Tigers hat or a Yooper Flannel Hat with the Upper Peninsula on the front. Jeremy Stankewitz filled in for Luke Ghiardi and talked about his career before coming to Marquette. Jeremy did a fantastic job on the show this morning.
Mike Plourde stopped in this morning to talk about pick up basketball and all of the stereotypes that come with it. Many basketball games are played outside of organized sports and we always run into the one who are serious or claim to be better than they actually are, we thank Mike for stopping in and talking about the differences between organized and pick up games.
