Marquette, MI – 8/17/17 – Marquette Senior High School Athletics has always pursued excellence on the field of play and in the classroom. Now the Redmen and Redettes will have a look to match.
On Thursday, the MSHS Athletics Department unveiled an updated graphics identity, including new sport-specific secondary logos and tertiary marks, as well as a font style. The new identity embodies the bold, unique and progressive characteristics of Marquette Athletics.
“We’re very excited about our updated visual identity,” said Alex Tiseo, MSHS Athletic Director. “This is something that is important to establish for the future of this department. The new set of logos will represent who we are from an athletics standpoint. When our students and fans walk down the street with these logos on their shirt, they can do so proudly.”
This announcement comes on the heels of an agreement with Nike and BSN Sports to be the official apparel and equipment provider of Marquette’s 27 athletics programs. “After establishing our partnership with Nike and BSN Sports, this was the next step in clarifying and enhancing our brand. I am thrilled for MSHS Athletics to have one unified look among its teams,” added Tiseo.
A gallery with Marquette’s existing primary logo and new secondary/tertiary marks is below. In addition, Nike apparel with the new athletics logos is available through a BSN Sports Flash Store at www.bsnteamsports.com (enter access code “MQTATH17”). Orders will be accepted through the flash store until August 28.
Sport-specific flash stores with the new athletics logos will be made available throughout the 2017-18 academic year.
