Two Ledy triples followed by a Kivi offensive rebound and bucket contributed to an 11-0 run at the start of the second quarter for a score of 22-4. In addition to a hot scoring game, the Redettes’ notorious defensive game gave the Flivvers a mountain to climb this evening.
Yet another Ledy triple brought the score to 28-8. The Redettes were firing on all cylinders, leaving the court at 30-8 over Kingsford going into the half.
It was an uneven start for both teams in the third quarter. The Redettes did not falter though, and another Avery Ledy triple brought the score to 35-11.
The Flivvers made some headway on their side of the scoreboard, but the quarter ended at 37-17 with the Redettes still well out in front.

Avery Ledy completed her sixth triple of the night at the top of the final quarter. The words ‘Ledy’ and ‘triple’ seemed to come as a packaged deal tonight.

Madison Carter drilled a three-pointer to keep the momentum going all the way up until the final moments of the game. The 57-30 victory at home tonight improves the GNC champs to 6-0 in conference play.
