Marquette Senior High School New Athletic Director
- Updated: April 28, 2017
Marquette, MI – Marquette Senior High School has officially announced the new Athletic Director for the 2017-2018 school year, Northern Michigan University Assistant Athletic Director Alex Tiseo.
Alex Tiseo is a former Marquette Senior High School student who graduated in 2004. As a Redmen he was involved with the football, basketball, soccer and cross country teams. Tiseo also went on to Michigan Tech University where he went on to play four years of college football. While at Tech, he served on and chaired the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
Marquette Senior High School Superintendent Bill Saunders introduced Tiseo earlier today at a press conference held at the 50 yard line of the football field. Head coaches Dave L’Huiller and Ben Smith both spoke on behalf of Marquette, welcoming in Tiseo.
Alex Tiseo comes in with an impressive resume and will take over for Blaise Zimmer (Current Athletic Director) who will be leaving for an Athletic Director job in Saginaw, MI. The Audio from today’s announcement can be listened to on the link below.
