Marquette, MI – One thing is for sure, Tom Brady of the New England Patriots is once again having a great season. Brady led the Patriots to a 30-23 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night passing for 406 yards and three touchdowns. Patriots LeGarrette Blount rushed for 72 yards on 13 carries and passed the 1,000 rushing yard mark for the first time since his rookie season. The Ravens had won two in a row, they now face a challenge to make it to the playoffs with two of their last three games on the road. The Patriots are already in the playoffs for the AFC.

The Detroit Red Wings will open up tonight at Joe Louis Arena where they will take on the Arizona Coyotes at 7 pm. The Red Wings are coming off a loss to the Philadelphia Flyers in overtime at home on Sunday, dropping their record to 13-12-4 on the season. The Coyotes are also in a struggle coming off a loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins in which Pittsburgh scored seven unanswered goals.

Blaise Zimmer stopped by to bring us up to date on Marquette Senior High School sports. The Marquette Redmen and Redettes basketball team’s both play tonight. The women’s team will be home taking on Negaunee and the men’s team will be away in Gladstone. All basketball games being at 7:15 pm.
