Red Wings, Pistons are Happy and Colts carve up Jets
- Updated: December 6, 2016
Marquette, MI – The Detroit Red Wings will be on the road tonight after picking up a big win over the weekend against the New York Islanders in OT. The Red Wings will be without forward Justin Abdelkader due to an MCL sprain. Petr Mrazek will get the start in net for the Wings while Jimmy Howard is out with an injury. Game time is at 8 o’clock tonight in Winnipeg as the Wings face off against the Jets.
The Detroit Pistons received some much needed help over the weekend bringing back PG Reggie Jackson off of the injured list. The Pistons are sitting at 11-11 on the season and continue to improve their road record which now stands at 3-7 on the year. The game will begin at 7:30 at the Palace of Auburn Hills when the Chicago Bulls come to town.
Monday Night Football kicked off last night as the Indianapolis Colts took on the New York Jets. The Jets were no match for the Colts as quarterback Andrew Luck carved up the Jets defense passing for 278 yards and 4 touchdowns in the 41-10 route.
