Marquette, MI – 7/21/17 – The Detroit Tigers had a rough game last night as Michael Fulmer only lasted three innings in the 16-4 loss to the Kansas City Royals. Royals Brandon Moss drove in four runs while third baseman Mike Moustakas added three RBI. Royals starter Danny Duffy didn’t have a bad day after being given an eight run lead, he struggled into the sixth inning after a three run fifth inning by the Tigers. The MLB trade deadline is fast approaching and rumors are swirling around the Tigers, some of the big organizational pieces may be on the move. The Tigers will now travel to Minnesota for a three game series with the Twins.

Joey Enright from the Marquette Mutineers stopped by this morning to talk about the off-season and looking ahead to the 2017-2018 Mutineer season. Joey also plays in a bad called JAB which stands for Joey, Alex and Bill. They’ve been a hot commodity this summer playing at local bars and events, stop on by the hotel, “My Place” on July 29th as JAB will be rocking the house!

Derrick Rose is a free-agent in the NBA and has been linked to a number of teams, lately, it’s been the Los Angeles Lakers and the Cleveland Cavilers. Rose has been in the NBA for 8 seasons and is currently averaging 18 points per game. The one time MVP has had a career derailed by injuries, but one thing is sure, he wants to win a championship and only time will tell where he signs.
