The Detroit Pistons had a great game Tuesday night scoring at will all game. The Pistons took on the Charlotte Hornets in Charlotte and the Pistons and the road game has not been very good so far this season. Pistons center Andre Drummond was ejected in the second quarter but it didn’t stop the onslaught of the Pistons offense. The Pistons won the game 112-89, Tobias Harris added 24 points and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope also chipped in with 18 points. The Pistons start a back to back game tonight when they take on the Boston Celtics at 7:30 in Boston.

Northern Michigan University Women’s Head Basketball Coach Troy Mattson stopped by to talk about his life and team this season. For those of you who do not know Troy, he is an Ishpeming native who played high school and college basketball. He is currently 10th all time in Northern Michigan Basketball scoring. The Women’s team takes on Walsh tomorrow night at the Berry. We would like to thank coach Mattson for stopping in and bringing us up to date with the basketball team.
