Marquette, MI – Salvador Perez continues to be a thorn in the side of the Detroit Tigers adding a two run home run in the fourth inning to lead the Royals to an 8-2 victory. Royals third baseman Mike Moustakas also added a home run in a four run inning fourth. Tigers pitcher Daniel Norris struggled on the mound giving up five runs on eight hits in 3 2/3 innings. The royals snapped a two game losing streak and are currently 16-8 in the month of June.

The Los Angeles Clippers have agreed to send PG Chris Paul to the Houston Rockets for Sam Dekker, Patrick Beverly, Lou Williams, DeAndre Liggins, Darun Hilliard, Montrezl Harrell, Kyle Wiltjer, s top-three protected 2018 first round pick and cash. Houston will now try to acquire Indiana Pacers guard Paul George.
