Marquette, MI – July 16th, 2025 – The 2025 ESPYs are hosted by Shane Gillis, who began his career in 2012 performing stand-up comedy. Gillis is currently touring internationally, breaking area ticket records in venues like Scotiabank Arena and Wells Fargo Arena.
Tonight, athletes will be recognized for their level of play, iconic achievements, and community service, and have the opportunity to win some new hardware. You will see names like Josh Allen, Simone Biles, Cooper Flagg, Caitlin Clark, and many more. The most popular awards are Best Female and Male Athlete, Breakthrough Athlete, Best Comeback Athlete, and Best Championship Performance.
