Marquette, MI – December 12, 2017 – Marquette Senior High School had three sports games scheduled for tonight on Fox Sports Marquett 105.1 and 99.9, 103.3 WFXD, and GTO 97.5. Due to heavy snow storms moving across the Upper Peninsula and unsafe travel conditions, the school has cancelled all three Marquette Redmen & Redettes sports games for this evening including the make up hockey game against MSHS and Calumet.

The next Redmen hockey game will be on Thursday, December 14th. The Marquette Redmen will host the Hancock Bulldogs with a 7:00pm start time on Fox Sports Marquette 105.1 & 99.9. The reschedule for tonight’s hockey game has yet to be finalized.
Scheduled to play the Negaunee Miners tonight, the Redettes will now play that game on Wednesday, December 27th at 7:30pm. The girls’ next basketball game on Friday, December 15th. This weekend the girls will be traveling to Traverse City for the T.C. Central Invitational Friday and Saturday. We wish the girls luck in this competition and hope they come home with their second invitational sweep of the season!
Tonight’s home game against Gladstone has been reschedule to take place on Wednesday, January 3rd at 7:15pm. The Redmen boys basketball team will also be in Traverse City for the Invitational this weekend for their next two games. With two losses on the score board for the boys, this weekend will be a chance to redeem themselves after the Petosky Invitational. The game times for both teams invitational appearances have yet to be announced.
