Marquette, MI – January 7, 2018 – Near the end of 2018, Fox Sports Marquette and Marquette’s locally-owned Ashley HomeStore teamed up for the Best Seat in the House contest! We wanted to show our appreciation for our Marquette Sports Fans and give a little back. Ashley HomeStore went all out putting a $760 Larkinhurst Rocker Recliner as the grand prize!
The community had to drop by the beautiful Ashley HomeStore showroom off US-41 in Marquette to register to win the “best seat in the house”. The recliner would transform your game-day living space with the rustic look of weathered leather that you love and the get comfort that you need for afternoons in front of the big screen, but only one person could win!
At the start of the year, we brought in Desiree from Ashley HomeStore to give it away. She joined Mark Evans and Bruce Whitehead on air to explain what the Best Seat in the House was all about and select a winner!
