Marquette, MI – New Jersey Devils Kyle Palmieri scored two goals and goalie Corey Schneider made 27 saves as the Devils skated out of Joe Luis Arena with a victory. The Red Wings fall to 20-21-9 on the season. Red Wings goalie Jared Coreau stopped 20 shots and the Red Wings extended their win-less streak to five games. The Red Wings will be back on the ice Friday when they host the New York Islanders.

The Detroit Pistons will welcome in the New Orleans Pelicans tonight at the Palace of Auburn Hills. The Pistons are 21-27 on the season and look to pick up a win and continue their hopes of making the playoffs. Tip-off will be at 7:30 tonight.

Northern Michigan Women’s Basketball Coach Troy Mattson stopped by this morning to talk about his team and their season. The Wildcats are 14-7 on the season and have won four of the past five games. The Wildcats travel to Lake Superior State tomorrow to take on the Lakers.
