Cutler Leads Bears, Cubs and Indians and Blaise Zimmer

Marquette, MI – Jay Cutler returned back to his old position on Monday night when the Bears took on the Minnesota Vikings in a classic NFC North battle. Cutler threw for 252 yards and a touchdown after missing most of the season with a thumb injury. Cutler completed 20 of 31 passes including an 11 yard touchdown pass to Alshon Jefferey to lead the bears to a 20-3 victory.
The Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians begins game six tonight with the series in the Indians favor at three game to two. The Cubs will send Jake Arrieta to the mound who notched a win on Wednesday night in game two, taking a no hitter into the sixth inning. The Indians will counter with right-hander Josh Tomlin, who held the Cubs to zero runs in 4 2/3 innings in a 1-0 victory in game three. The Game will be held tonight in Cleveland at Progressive Field, game time is at 8 pm.
Marquette Senior High School Athletic Director Blaise Zimmer stopped by on his very own special day. Blaise is a big sports fan and loves mixing it up between John and Ryan. Blaise also talked about the Marquette Redmen Volleyball and Hockey teams. Blaise will be with us this Wednesday for Redmen Round Up which begins at 6 pm.
