Marquette, MI – The top ten in college football has changed drastically over the past couple weeks due to big upsets and dreams being crushed. Last night number five Louisville went up against un-ranked Houston. The Cougars were in LaMar Jacksons face all night sacking him eleven times in the contest. Houston’s Greg Ward Jr. threw for 233 yards and two touchdowns to help the Cougars knock off a ranked opponent and killing Louisville’s chances at the college football playoff.

The NFL has a big weekend ahead along with some interesting match-ups. The Lions will be at home to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars a team who is currently sitting at 2-9 on the season while the lions are at 5-4 and looking to gain the number one spot in the NFC North for good, game time is at 1 pm in Detroit. The Green Bay Packers will be on the road taking on the Washington Redskins who at this time in the season are playing hot with the defense and offense coming up big. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers looks to rebound after a poor performance last week against Indianapolis. That game begins on Sunday night at 8:25.

Joey Enright stopped by to talk Marquette Mutineer hockey and the schedule that they have going forward into this young season. The Mutineers are coming off a big win in their first game and we will have weekly updates on their season.
