Marquette Football Wins Home Opener 41-13 Over Alpena

Marquette, MI – September 5th, 2025 – The Marquette Sentinels football team evened their record at 1-1 with a dominant 41-13 win over the Alpena Wildcats on Friday night.  Marquette will now prepare for a two-week away swing, first against Gaylord and then against Saginaw United.  The game against Gaylord will be on Saturday evening at 6:00 PM, and you can catch all the action with Michael Williams on Fox Sports Marquette 105.1 & 99.9 or online at foxsportsmarquette.com.
