Marquette, MI – August 19, 2019 – The first week of high school football practices are in the books and we are into scrimmage week. George Niemi joined the Sports Drive on Monday to recap the Hematites first week of practice and look ahead to Thursday’s scrimmage when Ishpeming hosts Gwinn and Houghton.
Tyler Young was back in on the Sports Drive after getting his wisdom teeth removed last Thursday. He and Luke looked around the local sports scene, and touched on the Packers’ and Lions’ 2nd preseason games. Luke was not thrilled he was lied to by Matt Lafleur.
