Gladstone, Michigan – December 6th, 2016 – The Redettes’ Amber Huebner was a name you heard quite frequently during this match-up on Tuesday night from Gladstone High School as the Marquette Redettes took on the Gladstone Braves in high school girls basketball on Good Time Oldies 97.5 GTO. The Redettes had a nice victory; they defeated the Braves 60-32!
Throughout the first quarter of play the Redettes maintained a healthy lead over the Braves. Ryan Ranguette said “Very defensive game in the first couple of minutes of play”. The Redettes and the Braves were tied up 6-6 in the first quarter. The first quarter of play wrapped up with the Marquette Redettes in the lead over the Gladstone Braves 23-15.

The Redettes were using full court press in the second half from Gladstone High School. Amber Huebner had a very strong third quarter with 13 points on the night. 34-15 with the Redettes in the lead. With 49 seconds left in the third quarter the Braves trailed the Redettes 46-21.
6 minutes left in the game the Redettes had the ball underneath the basket. 46-24 the Marquette Redettes lead the Gladstone Braves. With 2 minutes left the Redettes lead the Braves 56-29 on 97.5 GTO. The clock was winding down and your Redettes had a sizable win over the Braves 60-32!
