Mid-Peninsula Conference Composite Basketball Schedule: Jan. 19th – Jan. 25

MARQUETTE, MI – 1/19/2015 – Another week in the book, some more shake-ups in the MPC.  A thrilling finish in Gwinn keeps the Mountaineer boys undefeated and atop the MPC standings.  A slow start for the lady ModelTowners could keep them out of MPC title contention at the end of the year, as the Hematites remain undefeated in conference.  The Manistique boys were also able to travel to Norway and upset the Knights to pick up their first conference victory of the season, and the Negaunee Miners, Westwood Patriots, and Ishpeming Hematites will all finally get into the bulk of their conference schedules and Fox Sports Marquette will have all of the coverage.  Here is what this week holds in store for the MPC:
