Marquette, Mi – December 16th, 2025 – This week, we were fortunate to be joined by Paige Du Bois, an accomplished long-distance runner with an inspiring journey. Paige first gave track a try in middle school, hoping to follow in her brother’s footsteps. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with running. During her high school career, she broke a school record on the same day she competed in a triathlon, an early sign of her remarkable talent and determination.
After high school, Paige continued her running career at the collegiate level, starting at the University of Minnesota Duluth before transferring to Northern Michigan University for her final two seasons. Throughout her college career, she broke three school records that still holds today. It was also during this time that she began working at Queen City Running, where she eventually became a co-owner last year.
Encouraged by a coworkers, Paige decided to take on a new challenge: running a marathon. That decision led her into the world of marathon racing. Paige has since competed in the Grandma’s Marathon, the Chicago Marathon, and the Boston Marathon, achieving an impressive three-hour marathon time. We also learned about the exciting upcoming events planned by Queen City Running.
