Marquette, MI – August 14, 2018 – Fall sports are in full swing at Marquette Senior High School. Athletic Director Alex Tiseo made his weekly appearance on the Sports Drive today to talk all things MSHS athletics.
Alex gave us a participation numbers rundown for fall sports with turnout being fantastic across the sports. Alex did mention however that the JV football team was not able to field enough numbers and Alex and co. had to make the difficult decision to cancel the JV Football season. Marquette will field Varsity and Freshman teams, respectively.
Jim Harbaugh has a reputation of being hush-hush when it comes to talking about the starting quarterback of his football team. With the very popular transfer of Quarterback Shea Patterson to the program from Ole Miss, the intrigue is once again on the QB position. While Harbaugh still will not publicly name a starter, Luke explains why Michigan can’t afford to start anybody but Patterson in the Wolverines’ opener on September 1st against Notre Dame.
Tune into the Sports Drive weekdays from 3-5pm on Fox Sports Marquette 105.1 – 99.9 and online at foxsportsmarquette.com
