Marquette, MI – October 22, 2019 – The NMU men’s Hockey team went on the road to take on #20 Boston University over the weekend and came back to Marquette with one win and one tie. Ryan Stieg, NMU hockey beat writer for the Mining Journal, joined the Sports Drive to talk about what the weekend meant for the rest of the season. He and Luke also talk Wildcat football.
There were a lot of champions crowned over the weekend at Marquette Senior High School. Boys and Girls cross country each captured U.P. Championships, Marquette soccer won a U.P. Championship, Marquette volleyball won a GNC tournament championship, and the football team clinched a share of the GNC title. MSHS AD Alex Tiseo joined the Sports Drive to talk about the successful fall season.
