Marquette, MI – September 1, 2020 – Reports dropped Monday that the MHSAA is hoping to revisit their decision to postpone the Fall football season to the Spring. Marquette Senior High School Athletic Director and member of the MHSAA Representative Council Alex Tiseo joined the Sports Drive to discuss the potential change. Alex also talks about procedures and progress of sports currently in competition at MSHS.
The MHSAA’s Geoff Kimmerly also joined the Sports Drive and gave some insight into the process the MHSAA is currently going through. Kimmerly mentioned they are waiting for approval from Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, but believes they can play football safely across the state.
