Marquette, MI – August 27, 2018 – Marquette Redettes volleyball officially got underway on August 18th with a day tournament in Sault Ste Marie. But tomorrow night, the Redettes take the court in their first league game of the year. That’s got coach Mike Morgan’s juices flowing.
Coach Morgan stopped into the Fox Sports Marquette studio for an appearance on the Sports Drive Monday. Coach Morgan talked about the tournament at the Soo and what he expects in their conference and home opener on Tuesday night against Menominee.
High School football kicked off Friday night in Michigan. Luke and Mark give a recap of the Negaunee-Iron Mountain and Marquette-Traverse City St Francis games. They also look ahead to marquette and Negaunee week 2 opponents.
