Mark Stonerock of UP Rehab Services joined Luke and Mark Evans to talk about some things going on at UP Rehab Services and some advice for rehabbing and preventing injuries, particularly for high school athletes.
The Northern Michigan Wildcats hockey team’s season unofficially gets underway Saturday when the ‘Cats travel to Plymouth to play the Team USA U18 team in an exhibition. Ryan Stieg of the Mining Journal joined the Sports Drive to let us know what to expect from the exhibition and the ‘Cats this season.
The Westwood Patriots came off of 2 straight losses in weeks 2 and 3, and have been dominant in their 2 games since. The Patriots have outscored their opponents 90-19 in the last two weeks. Westwood head coach Scott Syrjala joined the Sports Drive today to talk about how is team is playing, and to look at the matchup with 4-1 Hancock on Friday night.
