Marquette, MI – December 22, 2020 – The MHSAA announced on Friday its plans to resume the three remaining Fall Sports tournaments beginning January 2nd. This is in conjunction with rapid testing the student athletes for safe competition. Alex Tiseo, Marquette Senior High School Athletic Director and member of the MHSAA Representative Council, joined “The Sports Drive” today to talk about the plan, and what we can expect from winter sports.
The NBA returns tonight after a short layoff following the finishing of the 2019-2020 season that was delayed. The big story of the offseason was the Bucks signing Giannis Antetokounmpo to and extension and max contract. Getting guys like Giannis to sign their second deals in the place they were drafted, especially when in small markets, has been a tough task for many NBA teams.
