Marquette, MI – Josh Donaldson and the Toronto Blue Jays busted out the bats to save their season. They have quite the chance to make the ALCS interesting. The ALCS is lead by the Indians three games to one. Game five will be this afternoon at 4 pm.
The last time the Chicago Cubs won a World Series was in 1908. The Cubs played their 100th post season game last night and were shut out once again. Back to back games the Cubs have been shutout by the Dodgers, it marks the first time in team history that they have not scored in back to back playoff games. The Dodgers offense showed up scoring six runs, winning the game 6-0. The Story of the series has been the Dodgers pitching and look to go up three games to one tonight when the game begins at 8 pm.
Mark Stonerock from UP Rehab Services stopped by to talk about what concussions are and how they affect the brain. In sports the main problem or injury they’re dealing with is the up rise in concussions and CTE. Mark talked about safety precautions and what to look for when a player is concussed. Mark has been a vital part to athletic training in Marquette and for all the athletes.
