National Letter Of Intent and Marquette Softball

All six MSHS student athletes.

Marquette, MI – Marquette Senior High School had a big day today for six student athletes. The six seniors came into room 257 to sign their national letters of intent for their future sport in college. Many media members and family’s came to the signing and Luke Ghiardi was able to catch up with Northern Michigan University Track signee Izzy Peterson as well as Athletic Director Blaise Zimmer.

The Marquette Senior High School softball team will get their season underway this Friday and into the weekend at the Superior Dome. The Redettes will open up with the Gladstone Braves at 6:30 pm on Friday. Saturday they will play three games all determined on the ending of the game before theirs. They will also play a double header on Tuesday against the Negaunee Miners. Ryan Ranguette and Luke Ghiardi will have all the calls this season with Luke O’gea and John Thomsen filling in.
