Join us on 103-FXD for Marquette’s Big Game of the Week!
Marquette, MI – August 21, 2018 – We’re just days away from the start of Marquette Senior High School Football! Next Friday, the MSHS football teams take the field at home for their first games of the season and the 2018 Tailgate Party!
We’ll kick the evening off with the Tailgate Party 5:30pm before the varsity football team takes the field at 7pm. This FREE event will include music, food, activities, games and more. It’ll also be the night to “Meet the Redmen and Redettes”. You’ll get the chance to meet the MSHS fall sports athletes from each team as well as the coaching staff.
Following the tailgate party, the varsity football team will take the field for a 7pm kick off against Traverse City St. Francis. Last year Marquette faced the same school for their first game of the season, sadly coming away with a loss, 7-21. Join us at Marquette’s William R. Hart Stadium to cheer on our football players and wish them better luck this year!

The following Friday, Marquette will be heading down state to face off against Traverse City Central. The time has not bet set for the game as of yet, but you’ll be able to hear all of the sports action on Fox Sports Marquette 105.1, 99.9, and 103-FXD.
