Marquette, MI – April 2nd 2026 – Twenty-seven years ago, Upper Peninsula Wrestling was founded with a mission to bring world-class professional wrestling to the Upper Peninsula, showcasing elite talent, creating unforgettable live events, and building a passionate community of fans, athletes, and families.
The promotion continues to grow, and in less than three weeks it will host its signature annual event, Marquette Mania, on April 25. Now, in its fourth edition, this year’s show is shaping up to be one of the biggest yet. Along with featuring top local talent from across the U.P., the card will also include several former professional wrestlers who have competed in both WWE and AEW.
The event begins with a meet-and-greet session from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., giving fans the opportunity to interact with featured athletes. Attendees can choose from three package options: a signed photo, a personal photo using their own camera, or a combo package that includes both. Pricing varies depending on the wrestler, while a $150 all-access package grants entry to meet every guest. Click this link for meet and greet tickets. It is important to note that meet-and-greet tickets do not include admission to the live event, and a separate ticket is required.
As of now, the first three rows are sold out. Fourth and fifth row seats are available for $25, sixth row and beyond for $20, and general admission/bleacher seating is priced at $10. Fans can expect a full night of action. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with pre-show festivities beginning at 6:30 p.m., highlighted by the fourth annual Mike Shaw Memorial Battle Royal. The official opening bell is set for 7:00 p.m. Click this link to get tickets to Marquette Mania 4.
The card features exciting matchups. Melanie Cruise, known for her time in AEW, will face Rocky Radley. A six-man tag team match will showcase The Supreme joining forces with the legendary Powers of Pain, who rose to prominence in the late 1980s and 1990s during their time in WWF, taking on The Society and Brock Hall.
In a “Match Without Honor,” where there are no rules and weapons are legal, J-Sin will square off against Joey Avalon in what promises to be a brutal contest. Mustafa Ali, currently competing in TNA Impact and known for his high-flying style from his time in WWE, is set to face TW3 in another highly anticipated matchup.
Three championship bouts are also scheduled; Madman Fulton, who has competed in NXT and AEW, will team with Erik Surge in an attempt to dethrone tag team champs Ghetto Gear Solid. In the women’s division, Dani Mo will defend her title against Leva Bates, who has competed in AEW and NXT and trained under the Dudley Boyz.
The main event will feature UPW Heavyweight Champion, Sampson, defending his title against Matt Riddle. Riddle, a former UFC fighter with an 8-3-2 record, transitioned to WWE where he captured the NXT Championship, United States Championship, and Raw Tag Team Championship.
In addition to the in-ring action, fans will have the chance to meet two legendary figures in professional wrestling. Awesome Kong, inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame in 2021, will be in attendance. Joining her is Mick Foley, also known as Mankind, Cactus Jack, and Dude Love, widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. Foley is a three-time WWF Champion, an eight-time tag team champion, and is best known for his iconic 1998 Hell in a Cell match against The Undertaker.
Marquette Mania 4 is set for Saturday, April 25 at Lakeview Arena. With a stacked card and special appearances from some of wrestling’s most recognizable names, it’s an event fans won’t want to miss.
