Marquette, MI – October 16, 2017 – Is it really a “fun run” if you don’t get a little dirty? The YMCA of Marquette County guarantees a muck filled day for their 5K this Saturday, October 21st. Muck It U.P. and get signed up to participate in the course!
Registrations for Muck It U.P. ends Wednesday, October 18th, so if you haven’t gotten your name on the list, time is running out! Located at Marquette Mountain, you will start by taking a chair lift up the ski hill and then traversing your way down to the bottom through some of the “muckiest obstacles you’ve ever seen”!
The first group will leave at 10:00 am with heat postings going up earlier in the morning. Runners must be 12 or older to participate in Muck It U.P. For those who are 21 or older, a beer tent will also be onsite with one free beer waiting for you! Sign up, run the course and enjoy the great view, fall colors, fun, food, mud, and beer!
