Marquette, MI – February 15, 2023 – Officials with the U.P. Sled Dog Association have cancelled this year’s running of the UP200, Midnight Run and Jackpine 30 sled dog races.
The UPSDA Board made the decision this morning, citing recent warm temperatures and heavy rains that have severely impacted the condition of the trail.
Organizers say current conditions have deteriorated the trail enough to prevent the safe running of the races.
