Marquette, MI – 7/10/17 – The Tigers picked up a win on Sunday against the Cleveland Indians on the right arm of Michael Fulmer. The Tigers salvaged a much needed win after losing the first two games of the series which began on Friday. Fulmer dominated the Cleveland Indians going into the seventh inning after he gave up a two run home run to Jose Ramirez, the bullpen came in and shut the door with Justin Wilson picking up his tenth save in eleven tries. At the All-Star break the Tigers are currently 8 games back in the AL Central.

The Milwaukee Brewers continue to stay hot with a 5-3 victory over the New York Yankees on Sunday afternoon. Travis Shaw had a three run bomb and Jimmy Nelson improved his win total to eight as the Brewers go into the All-Star break with a 5.5 games lead in the NL Central.  Milwaukee has homered in its past six games and is currently second in the Majors in home runs behind the Houston Astros.

The NBA had a crazy weekend once again starting with the Detroit Pistons on Friday trading guard Marcus Morris to the Boston Celtics for Avery Bradley and a second round draft pick. The Lonzo Ball era began in LA with a horrible game one performance then a triple double in game two. The Philadelphia 76ERS held their breath as number one pick Markelle Fultz went down with an ankle sprain but looked a lot worse. The NBA off-season is not over and the fireworks continue to go off.
