Ezekiel Elliott appealed his six game suspension from the NFL on August 15th and as of yesterday afternoon, Elliott can play in week one due to the suspension being upheld. The decision to uphold the ban came during the final five minutes of Tuesday’s court hearing. Elliott was suspended for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy for his presumed actions in a domestic violence case.

The Boston Red Sox are looking at a possible fine from the MLB due to electronically stealing signs. Stealing signs has been a part of baseball since the game was introduced back in the 1800’s, but never before had signs been stolen electronically, on an iPhone. The league is still in the process of investigation, more information is should arrive soon.
