Marquette, MI – The Detroit Tigers season came to a saddening end on Sunday in Atlanta. The Tigers came into the game in a must win situation to stay alive in the playoff picture. Justin Verlander once again pitched phenomenal only to not receive any run support from the offense. Detroit lost it second straight game to the Braves and also its the second straight season in which the Tigers will not be making a playoff appearance.
