The Sports Drive: USWNT Deserve Equal Pay + High School Football Hypotheticals
- Updated: July 9, 2019

Marquette, MI – July 9, 2019 – Walt Lindala joined the Sports Drive on Tuesday to talk what has been a hot button topic throughout the Women’s World Cup. Equal pay for the Men’s and Women’s Players on the U.S. National Soccer Teams. Walt and Luke talk the specific scenario, and how it stems from a bigger issue in society.
High School football begins in just a little over a month in Michigan. Until the 2019 season starts, Luke and Mark are free to dream hypotheticals. With the MHSAA approving new playoff point formatting beginning with 2020, Luke and Mark discuss some potential dream matchups that would have never taken place under the “6 wins and in” format.
Plus: John Daly and the greatest photo ever taken; Make or Break year for Patricia?
Tune into the Sports Drive weekdays from 3-5pm on Fox Sports Marquette 105.1 – 99.9 and online at foxsportsmarquette.com
