The Sports Drive: UP Football All-Star Week Begins
- Updated: June 25, 2018

Marquette, MI – June 25, 2018 – The 11th Annual U.P. Football All-Star Game returns this Saturday to the Superior Dome in Marquette. The players checked in today and practiced for the first time. For the 2nd consecutive year, a draft was used to pick the Black and Red teams. Todd Goldbeck, founder of the U.P. All-Star Football game, joined the Sports Drive to talk about the upcoming schedule. You can catch the U.P. Football All-Star game on our sister stations 103.3 WFXD and 92.7 WRPP with kickoff at 1pm and pre game at 12:30.
The Tigers have now lost 5 in a row after losing to the Indians 12-2 in yesterday’s series finale. The Tigers were swept by Cleveland over the weekend by a combined scored of 26-3. While Luke admits the Tigers have exceeded expectations this year, he feels like their recent performances are a cause for disappointment.
Tune into the Sports Drive weekdays from 3-5pm on Fox Sports Marquette 105.1 – 99.9 and online at foxsportsmarquette.com
