The Sports Drive: Tyler Young Fills In For Mark + Jim Finkbeiner Talks Gwinn Boys Basketball

Marquette, MI– December 18, 2018 – Mark Evans was out today but voice of the Ishpeming Hematites Tyler Young stepped in and talked with Luke for the first hour on today’s Sports Drive. Luke and Tyler talked high school boys and girls basketball and Northern Michigan and Michigan Tech Hockey. Luke and Tyler took a look at NMU hockey and their upcoming schedule with optimism.
Jim Finkbeiner’s Gwinn boys basketball team has won 3 consecutive games since an opening-season loss. His Modeltowners take on the Negaunee Miners, who come in at 1-3. Coach Finkbeiner joined the Sports Drive today to talk about what has changed since that opening game and previewed tonight’s big matchup with the Miners.
