The Sports Drive: Ryan Reichel Previews Ishpeming-Negaunee
- Updated: January 21, 2019

Marquette, MI – January 21, 2019 – Traditionally, high school basketball games were played exclusively on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. It has changed over the years, but rarely do we get big games between cross-town rivals on Monday nights.
But it’s exactly what is happening tonight.
The Ishpeming Hematites head to Lakeview tonight to take on the Negaunee Miners. The Hematites and Miners each have a quick turnaround, after both teams got wins Friday night. The Hematites had no problem with Manistique while Negaunee knocked off the #1 Westwood Patriots. Hematites head coach Ryan Reichel joined the Sports Drive to look ahead to tonight’s game.
