The Sports Drive: NMU Volleyball with Mike Lozier
- Updated: September 6, 2018

Marquette, MI – September, 6, 2018 – The NMU Wildcats Volleyball team is off to one of its best starts in program history. Hard to imagine a better start than 8-0, ranked 23rd in the nation, and already having a win over a (then) ranked #1 team in the country.
Head coach of the Wildcats, Mike Lozier, stopped into the Fox Sports Marquette studio to talk about his team and the start they’ve had. Coach Lozier is in his 2nd year at the helm of the Wildcats. Heading into conference play, needless to say: he likes where his team is at.
Nicole Coleman of U.P. Rehab Services also stopped in today to talk about her role working with Marquette Senior High School and their athletes. MSHS has tripled the size of their athletic training room, which as Nicole states, helps the trainers evaluate, treat, and get the athletes back out on the field faster.
The NFL season returns tonight as the defending Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles host the Atlanta Falcons. Luke and Mark make their NFL Picks for Week 1.
Tune into the Sports Drive weekdays from 3-5pm on Fox Sports Marquette 105.1 – 99.9 and online at foxsportsmarquette.com
