The Sports Drive: NMU Shuts Down E-Sports Team

Marquette, MI – April 26, 2023 – According to the Northern Michigan University student newspaper The North Wind, the NMU Athletic Department has shut down their E-Sports Program effective immediately. Citing one of the major reasons as “lack of fanancial gain” has Luke and Tyler raising their eyebrows at the decision.
The NHL and NBA Playoffs have been peak entertainment thus far. Will that continue?
