Marquette, MI – January 28, 2019 – The Michigan Tech women’s basketball team took the Berry Events Center floor Saturday morning down 2 games in the GLIAC standing behind Northern Michigan. They left the floor having closed that gap to 1 with a 55-53 victory over the ‘Cats. First year Tech Head Coach Sam Hoyt joined the Sports Drive today to talk about the big victory.
The Marquette Redmen hockey team picked up two more victories this weekend in the Soo to extend their win streak to 12 games. The Redmen are 14-3-1 on the season and have posted 5 consecutive shutouts.
