The Sports Drive: Louis Theros Talks Bet MGM Launch in Michigan

Marquette, MI – January 22, 2021 – As of noon today, online sports betting became legal in the state of Michigan. Many online and mobile betting sites launched across the state, including Bet MGM. Louis Theros, Vice President legal counsel of MGM Grand Detroit joined The Sports Drive to talk about his work getting this legislation passed and the great opportunities Bet MGM provides.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced plans to move forward in lifting various restrictions across the state at the beginning of February. However, restrictions regarding Winter high school sports are not being lifted. Luke and Tyler react.
