Marquette, MI – January 20, 2020 – Have you ever wanted to make a change in your life to get into better shape, but the traditional gym setting is a bit intimidating? Superior Fitness is offering a new class in February led by Liam Whipple that focuses on “animal flow.” It is a different approach to fitness that focuses more on body movement and body weight exercises.
