- Updated: January 7, 2022

Marquette, MI – January 7, 2022 – The Ishpeming Hematites girls basketball team are coming off their third straight loss, this time a close loss at the hands of Hancock on Thursday night. Hematite head coach Ryan Reichel joined the Sports Drive today to talk about the slight losing streak, but also why he is optimistic about the future.
Menominee and Escanaba are both tied for the number one spot in the latest UPSSA poll, but that won’t last long. The two teams meet tonight in Menominee, and Luke and Tyler break down the matchup.
