The Sports Drive: Game Week Is Finally Here + Scott Syrjala Previews WW Football

Marquette, MI – August 26, 2019 – We have waited for what seems like an eternity for football to be back. We wait no longer. It is officially game week. And that means it’s game week on the Sports Drive.

Westwood head football coach Scott Syrjala joined the show to break down the Patriots. Westwood will look different than the last two years, losing some of the best players to ever come through the program. But coach Syrjala is very optimistic about his 2019 team’s ceiling. He breaks it all down on the show.

Mark Evans also joined the Sports Drive for the first 15 minutes as he broke down what he saw in the Negaunee/Calumet scrimmage this past Friday. Mark, Luke, and Tyler also take a look ahead to what things they expect to see this season, and what things they are excited to see.
