The Sports Drive: Escanaba Basketball Downs Marquette; Marquette Hockey Wins Big
- Updated: January 5, 2022

Marquette, MI – January 5, 2022 – The Marquette Redmen boys basketball team went into Escanaba for their Great Northern Conference opener shorthanded Tuesday without Head Coach Brad Nelson and without leading scorer Jonas Bicik. Marquette gave the #1 team in the U.P. Escanaba all they could handle, leading by as many as 15 in the first half. Though ultimately, it was not enough. Luke and Tyler break down that game as well as Marquette hockey’s monster win over Jeffers.
