The Sports Drive: Doug Garrow, Geoff Kimmerly, + Alex Tiseo
- Updated: April 9, 2019

Marquette, MI – April 9, 2019 – It was a busy day today on the Sports Drive. Luke and Mark had a number of guests on to discuss some really interesting topics.
Doug Garrow joined the show to talk about the first year of the Junior Wildcats hockey team reaching the National Semifinals in its inaugural year. Doug was in South Bend to watch his son who plays on the team.
Geoff Kimmerly, Media & Content Coordinator for the MHSAA joined via phone to discuss some possible major changes coming up in football in particular. There could be a whole new method that will determine which teams make the MHSAA football playoffs, and Geoff breaks it all down.
Finally, MSHS Athletic Director Alex Tiseo came into the Fox Sports Marquette studio in what is a big week at MSHS. This weekend marks the beginning of many spring sports competition seasons, even while there is snow on the ground. Alex talks the start of all the spring sports and juggling scheduling with U.P. weather.
Tune into the Sports Drive weekdays from 3-5pm on Fox Sports Marquette 105.1 – 99.9 and online at foxsportsmarquette.com
