Marquette, MI – November 7, 2018 – Bill Sall’s NMU Men’s Basketball team brings expectations into the 2018-2019 season that the program hasn’t seen in quite some time. The Cats have been pegged to finish 2nd in the GLIAC North, and Senior Point Guard Naba Echols was named preseason GLIAC Player of the Year. Coach Sall joined the Sports Drive to talk about how he’s built the program, how his teams handles the expectations, and what to expect from the Cats this year.
Doug Garrow has had a roller coaster past 6 weeks. In addition to the start of the hockey season, the MSHS head Hockey Coach underwent open heart surgery, which has given him a new perspective on life, family, and coaching. Coach Garrow joined Luke and Mark to talk about this new found perspective and how this year might be different for him and his Redmen hockey team.
