Marquette, MI – The Red Wings continue to fall apart in hockey games. The Red Wings traveled to Anaheim to take on the Ducks who have a hot goalie as of late in John Gibson. Once again John Gibson had a big game for the Ducks stopping 23 shots and cruising to a 2-0 win and a shutout two days after Gibson made 54 saves on the Flyers. The Red Wings fall to 16-17 on the season and continue their back to back tonight when they take on the Los Angeles Kings. A side note from last nights game both Niklas Kronwall and Brendan Smith left with injuries. The Wings will most likely start Northern Michigan Wildcat Jared Correau, but is not set in stone. Game time tonight is at 10 pm.

The Detroit Pistons will be at home tonight taking on the Charlotte Hornets. The Hornets come into tonight’s contest at 20-16 on the season led by guard Kemba Walker who is averaging 24 points per game against the Pistons in their first two meetings. The Pistons are 16-21 on the season and are 2-4 in their past 6 games. Tip-off for tonight’s game is at 7:30 pm.
